In A World at Risk, brothers Dilyn, Ambrose, and their three Envoy companions must face great personal and physical battles in the name of Nazir and The Vine. Together, they encounter powerful creatures, wizards, life-threatening ailments, and many more unpleasantries. It’s not easy, and time is not on their side, but with great trust and even greater faith, the envoys may just yet be able to prove they’re worthy of their title.
This is an incredible piece of work. If the first Envoys book is good, this one is great. The writing is even more developed than the first book, and you can pleasingly see how author Taylor Sorensen has intelligently grown in his authorship journey. There are so many intricate moving pieces in the story. Sorensen brings in a lot of depth to his characters, giving them their own struggles and individual things to battle in light of the bigger fight that’s taking place. There’s also so much importance to the story. In this biblical allegory, those with knowledge of what the Bible teaches will immediately see Sorensen’s heart and creative intent in his work; it points to the love of Jesus. Though anyone with a penchant for fantasy, adventure and amazing science fiction elements will enjoy the cleverly crafted incredible story. This really is a novel for all fantasy adventure readers, There is so many exciting sceneraitios, clever and brillaint writing that anyone with a love for fantasy fiction filled with adventi=ure and an original unique plot will come away satisfied and wanting more to read more by our brillaint multi-award winning author, Taylor Sorensen.
Anyone who loves a good stir of science fiction and fantasy will absolutely love A World at Risk Book 2.
