In Day Two, we again meet Kachada Toscano, a cold-blooded assassin, whose life continues on a roller coaster ride as he fights his inner demons and continues his crusade. Memories come back to haunt him, in particular that of Joanne. We are drawn into the foray of jumping from place to place, country to country, and taken on Kachada’s journey as he seeks revenge, Comanche style, for those left behind, traveling the globe picking off his enemies, one by one. His life seems to be spiraling out of control, but he has a plan – a brutal one, and the reader becomes absorbed into it to the point that he or she may feel actually involved. As in Day One, Sedei has managed to combine the time-old and brutal traditions of the Comanche tribe with the cold-blooded traditions of the Sicilian Mafia.
This action-packed novel will keep you completely enthralled and turning the pages quickly. You will feel yourself being drawn into the madness of Kachada Toscano’s life and you will feel yourself being surprised and shocked at every turn of the page. This is a truly amazing book. It is superbly written and never wavers from its fast-paced, frenzied approach. This is not an easy thing to do and is a credit to the author’s excellent skills as a writer and a storyteller.
Day Two: Leave No Enemy Alive is not a light read. In truth, it is an exhilarating and mesmerizing tale that will literally keep you on the edge of your seat.
