D L Richardson writes speculative fiction, which encompasses science fiction, light horror, supernatural fiction, and fantasy. She is the author of Earth Quarantined, an alien dystopian series, Welcome to the Apocalypse, a trilogy based on a virtual reality apocalypse game that turns into a real end of the world scenario. She also has 3 young adult paranormal books and a series of supernatural thrillers, which she calls her Goosebumps for adults series.

A former singer and musician, she credits this stage experience for her ease of public speaking, conducting writing workshops, and appearing on panels at writer conventions. D L is active on social media and loves to engage with readers and other writers. She also likes to meet readers at pop culture conventions. Her books don’t feature the usual tropes and this has earned her many loyal readers.
